This attractive note features a detailed Vignette of the sidewheeler "Plymouth Rock" with other sailing vessels at the center. A Vignette of a sailor sits at the lower right. The portrait on the lower left is of Ephraim Williams, the bank's third President from 1835-1859. Incredibly vibrant with an overall red tint and a dark outlined "THREE" protector.
This note grades Extremely Fine with a couple hinge spots on the reverse.
