It seems most likely that it was originally intended to be confused as an issue from the South Western Real Estate Bank of Feliciana, KY.
Most of the information, including the bank title, is hand written rather than printed.
It also has the "I" striked out in "on demand [ I ] will pay", suggesting this may have been a private issue that was repurposed.
This note grades Fine with some pinholes, small edge tears, and a ~1/4" tear on the bottom.
It measures ~ 7" x 3".
