At the lower left is a portrait of Bartlett Yancey, Jr. who studied law, began a practice, and eventually entered politics. He was said to have had a large influence when it came to public affairs. On the right, Ceres holds a sheaf of grain and a sickle.

This note grades Very Good+ with small pinholes, edge splits, a paper pull / scuff near the bottom, a few residue spots on the reverse, and a ~3/8" tear on the left and right edges.
