1859 $3 The Bank of Brattleboro (Spurious) note from Brattleboro, Vermont.

This bank operated from 1821 until 1865 when it became the Vermont National Bank of Brattleboro'. 

This note features a large "3" at the center flanked by Vignettes of allegorical women. On the bottom left is a Vignette of Washington on horseback. On the bottom right is a Vignette of a mechanic.

This Spurious note grades Fine with small paper breaks / pinholes and tiny edge nicks / tears.
