This short-lived bank was organized in 1857 and suspending in 1858 for irregularities. It opened again in 1860 but failed the following year. 

These notes came with either green or red overprints. This one is red and features a Vignette of women working in a textile factory. 

This note grades Fine with pinholes, a small internal tear, and a small tear on the top edge.
