At the center is a detailed Vignette of Commerce seated by the shore with a large cornucopia and a ship in the distance. On the left is a Vignette of a small steam powered vessel between denomination counters. Another small steamship is seen at the bottom between the serial number and signature.

This variety is printed on blue paper with the engraver's imprint removed and the date of issue changed to "July 1, 1863" in light red ink (vertically).

This note grades Very Fine with small edge tears and a couple light paper pulls on the reverse.

It measures ~ 6.75" x 3.25".
